We do charge for incidentals, however unlike some professionals we don’t see phone calls & faxes or printing to yourself as incidentals – we believe these items are an integral part of our bookkeeping services. The only incidentals we will charge you for are items such as stationery you specifically require, large report printing and/or binding etc, phone calls & faxes on your behalf (ie not when we call you). These items are generally charged at cost + 10%.
Fee Policy
Every business, from time to time, needs to review and sometimes raise it�s charge-out rates. Obviously we will need to do that also, however we will endeavour to keep our fee increases to a minimum, and only when required to ensure you continue to receive good quality services for the best possible price. In doing this we believe that our businesses will grow more effectively with each other � we are not here to make money out of you, but to enable you to make more money yourself.
