Mission Statement
Our mission statement is to help small and medium sized businesses run more effectively and profitably by offering experienced accounting, financial and administrative services.
Fee Policy
Every business, from time to time, needs to review and sometimes raise it�s charge-out rates. Obviously we will need to do that also, however we will endeavour to keep our fee increases to a minimum, and only when required to ensure you continue to receive good quality services for the best possible price. In doing this we believe that our businesses will grow more effectively with each other � we are not here to make money out of you, but to enable you to make more money yourself.
Invoicing
With your invoice we will always provide you with a Job Sheet, further outlining the tasks performed for you. If you have any queries or require further information please feel free to ask – Bryant’s Bookkeeping Services Pty Ltd keeps detailed records of all work performed.
Terms of Agreement
Our standard terms are 7-days, and all clients are asked to sign a Credit Application as a matter of normal procedure.
A monthly late fee of $25 (ex GST) is applicable per overdue invoice, however if we arrange a payment plan this late fee will be $5 (ex GST) for each installment that is late.
We do understand that sometimes unforeseen things can come up. If you have any issues at all with payment of your invoices please just give us a call and we can come to an arrangement. We can offer you longer terms, or a payment plan depending on your financial situation. Remember we’re here to work with you.

Ethical Policy
It is Bryant’s Bookkeeping Services Pty Ltd’s ethical policy not to work with any organisation or individual that promotes or condones violence, discrimination, abuse or illegal behaviour.
Bryant’s Bookkeeping Services Pty Ltd is committed to and encourages sound environmental practices, including the use and practice of recycling products.
Regular donations are made to Greenpeace, the RSPCA NSW, and individual donations to other human and animal rights charity organisations.
Confidentiality
Confidentiality of your files, information and personal and accounting details is strictly adhered to by Bryant’s Bookkeeping Services Pty Ltd. Notably:
- all files and documents are stored in our secure office;
- any documentation no longer required is destroyed by shredding;
- your situation will not be discussed with anyone without your prior knowledge
and consent.
Guarantee of Service
Bryant’s Bookkeeping Services Pty Ltd is committed to accuracy and attention to detail. Based on the information you supply, we will do our best to offer you accurate and useful information in the form of concise reports.
When referring you on to other services we will only do so under the belief that these organisations or individuals are qualified and responsible. Referrals are given on an ‘all care – no responsibility’ basis, therefore feedback on any referrals is most welcome. Bryant’s Bookkeeping Services Pty Ltd does not receive financial gain from any referrals.
Networking
We believe that it’s important to keep good networks with different people from all industries. As bookkeepers we are in a unique position in that we are exposed to a wide variety of small businesses across almost any sector imaginable.
We would like to be able to offer the services we use ourselves, as well as be an access point for the services of our clients. As mentioned above, we will only recommend services we believe to be reliable and qualified/experienced.
